Yue Lu is a Managing Director and Head of Execution & Portfolio Monitoring for APAC Private Credit at BlackRock, and previously served as a Managing Director on ADM Capital’s Asia-Pacific direct lending team focused on Greater China private credit. Her investment focus is originated private credit transactions for mid-market companies across the Asia-Pacific region, typically growth-stage or later financings, with disclosed deal tickets in the $100K–$5M range in earlier-stage contexts. She brings more than 18 years of experience in financial markets, having served as Head of Corporate Finance at BEST Inc. in China and worked in Credit Suisse’s Emerging Markets Financing Group and at Temasek’s China investment team.
