Stephanie Terpening is an investor at Generation Investment Management, working on its sustainable growth-equity and climate-focused technology strategies after earlier roles at Accel. Her current focus spans later-stage cloud infrastructure, security, fintech and B2B SaaS companies whose business models align with a low-carbon and socially responsible economy. Generation’s growth strategy targets mid- to late-stage rounds and emphasizes meaningful ownership in scalable, sustainability-led businesses rather than publishing a fixed check-size band for individual investors. Before joining Generation, Terpening worked on Accel’s growth investing team, adding traditional venture-growth experience to her sustainability mandate.
