David Henderson is the Managing Partner at XPV Water Partners in Toronto, deploying post-seed checks of $5 million to $15 million into food & beverage and AgTech ventures. Based in Toronto, he previously served as Vice President at Kinghaven Capital, where he led direct investments and corporate development initiatives across technology and traditional industries. A Ryerson University alum, David is a Wallace Group “Top 40 Under 40” honoree, a Young Presidents’ Organization member, and a former Brookfield Institute Senior Fellow. He’s also a sought-after speaker and advisor on water innovation for bodies including the UN, EPA, and MIT.
