Lisa Genasci is Managing Director, Sustainable Finance at ADM Capital, leading the firm’s ESG Committee and acting as an observer on its Investment Advisory Committee. Her investing focuses on private credit and impact-oriented growth financing in AgTech, ClimateTech/CleanTech, food and beverage, and FinTech, generally at later stages such as Series B, with typical tickets around $100K to $5M within ADM Capital’s broader billion-dollar platform. She co-leads the Asia Climate Smart Landscape Fund, which provides climate-impact debt to SMEs in sustainable agriculture and related value chains in Indonesia. Previously, she founded and for 15 years led the ADM Capital Foundation, a research-driven environmental philanthropy in Asia, and she holds a BA from Smith College and an LLM in Human Rights Law from the University of Hong Kong.
