Zaz Floreani is a General Partner at FirstMile Ventures, an early-stage VC firm, and is based in Austin. She invests $250K–$1.3M (with a sweet spot around $500K) at pre-seed and seed across SaaS, future of work, marketplaces, consumer internet, AI, digital health, health IT, supply chain tech and proptech, often with a strong founder-operator alignment. Her background is deeply operational: she’s been a startup operator and business development leader, and previously served as a Principal at Next Coast Ventures and held roles at Techstars and the Austin Technology Incubator, working hands-on with founders long before taking the GP seat.
