Yuri Sagalov is a Managing Director at General Catalyst, where he leads seed strategy and partners with founders at the earliest stages, including before incorporation. His featured investment areas include artificial intelligence, defense and government, fintech, industrials and manufacturing, energy and infrastructure, and consumer. Before General Catalyst, he founded Wayfinder Ventures, a seed-stage B2B-focused fund, and spent five years as a partner at Y Combinator. Earlier, he co-founded AeroFS, a Y Combinator company that was acquired in 2017.
