Will Tetler is a Partner at BayPine, having previously been a Managing Director at Bain Capital Special Situations and a Principal at Bain Capital Private Equity. His investing focuses on complex and special-situations transactions across technology and business services, often involving control or structured minority stakes, with a typical investment range of $1M to $100.0M and a sweet spot around $25.0M. He has led deals such as Bain Capital’s investment in IMS Nanofabrication and serves on boards including ExtraHop Networks.
