Will Cozean is a Managing Director at Bain Capital Life Sciences, where he leads and supports investments in biopharmaceutical companies, CDMOs and other life sciences businesses. His transactions are typically growth and late-stage financings, often in the $1M to $100.0M range and above, across biotech, pharma services, medical technology and related sectors. He serves on boards such as Serán BioScience and has been a visible spokesperson for Bain Capital’s large life-sciences deals. Earlier in his career he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and he holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
