Vladimir Glazunov is an investment manager at Oakstar VC, where he focuses on early- and growth-stage technology companies in sectors such as advertising, gaming & e-sports, marketing tech, marketplaces, SaaS, AI and logistics, generally in the $750K to $5M cheque range. His work spans seed through Series B, with an emphasis on scalable software and platform businesses. Earlier in his career he was an analyst and then investment manager at Impulse VC, giving him several years of experience in Russian and international venture markets. He holds a degree in biochemistry from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
