Vivian Tsai is an Executive Vice President at Bain Capital Credit, where she works on credit and special-situations investments, including in Asia. Her sector exposure, based on portfolio and mandate descriptions, spans consumer internet, media and entertainment, healthcare services, digital health, and technology-enabled businesses, with a focus on credit and structured-capital solutions for later-stage companies. The transactions she works on sit in the $1M to $100.0M range in terms of capital deployed. Earlier in her career, she held roles in leveraged finance and credit at global financial institutions before joining Bain Capital Credit, giving her deep experience in underwriting and managing complex capital structures.
