Viva Hyatt is a Partner (Managing Director–level) on the Credit team at Bain Capital in Boston and serves as Portfolio Manager for the firm’s Liquid and Structured Credit strategies. In her venture and growth investing activity she typically backs companies with checks from $1M to $100.0M, with a sweet spot around $10.0M, across Web3/crypto, insurance, real estate/proptech and fintech at seed and Series A/B stages. At Bain Capital she is also a member of the Credit Committee, overseeing strategy and risk in the credit platform. Earlier in her career she was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group and worked at Arthur Andersen, and she holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
