Virginia Bassano is a General Partner at Italian Founders Fund and previously a VC investor at Eight Roads Ventures in London. Her investing is focused on European and Italian “Italian-DNA” tech companies, especially in B2B, fintech and HRTech, typically from pre-seed and seed through Series B, with historical cheque sizes in the $5.0M - $50.0M range. Her background includes several years at Eight Roads leading and supporting growth-stage deals, as well as earlier roles in strategy and finance before moving fully into venture capital.
