Viktoriya Tigipko is the Founder and Managing Partner at TA Ventures, focusing on Social Networks, Cloud Infrastructure, AI, Health & Hospital Services, Marketplaces, and FinTech, with investments typically at Pre-seed and Seed stages. As a serial entrepreneur, Viktoriya has built and scaled early digital platforms across Europe and diversified her business interests across financial services, industrial machinery distribution, construction, and real estate. She is also the founder of the Odesa International Film Festival, IDCEE, and Code Club Ukraine, and chairs the Board of the Ukrainian Startup Fund.
