About Investor

Viktor Minchev is an Investment Principal on Eleven Ventures' Healthcare team, based in Bulgaria, with a passion for innovation, investing, and working with founders across Central and Eastern Europe. Before joining Eleven, he worked at Founder Institute, a Silicon Valley-based accelerator, where as Manager of Portfolio Success he oversaw and supported a portfolio of hundreds of startups across 5 continents, built and sold $2.5M worth of startup SPVs, and led the Funding Lab advisory program helping graduated startups raise pre-seed and seed funding. He holds a BS in Economics and Finance from Lancaster University.
