Vanessa Pestritto is a Partner at Lattice Ventures, an early-stage firm she co-founded that backs seed-stage, network-driven technology companies with typical investments in the $50K to $100K range. Her focus spans seed-stage web3/crypto, AI, cloud and developer-oriented infrastructure, as well as marketplaces, future-of-work tools and fintech products that leverage strong ecosystems or communities. Before Lattice, Pestritto worked with New York Angels and held roles supporting startups and ecosystems, and she has been active as an advisor and operator in the New York tech community, shaping her thesis around networks and founder access.
