Umaimah Mendhro is a Venture Partner at HOF Capital, investing primarily at seed and Series A in consumer-facing companies across fashion, e-commerce and broader consumer internet, typically writing $500K to $2.0M checks. Her investment lens is founder-driven, design-conscious and often focused on platforms that expand access, education or creative opportunity. Mendhro is the founder of One League, a global education initiative, and previously founded the design marketplace VIDA; earlier in her career she worked at Microsoft, McKinsey and brand/innovation studio West, and she has authored case studies and opinion pieces for outlets such as Harvard Business Review and Forbes.
