Tyler Knight is the founder and General Partner of H.E.N.R.Y Collective Ventures, a popular syndicate and rolling fund, and also leads Vannevar Ventures, an early-stage fund focused on critical infrastructure and national security technologies. He typically invests $80K–$2.0M, with a sweet spot around $150K, at pre-seed through Series B in deeptech, hardtech and “American dynamism” themes, including climate and clean tech, energy tech, manufacturing, hardware, material science, supply-chain tech, space and govtech, as well as generative AI. His thesis centers on backing founders solving tangible problems at the intersection of bits, atoms, AI and national resilience, often co-investing alongside top-tier venture firms through his large LP syndicate. His background includes over six years in tech investment banking and venture capital, prior investing roles at a VC fund, and operating experience as Director of Strategy at an e-commerce roll-up company.
