Through Techstars he backs very early-stage companies in medical devices, AR/VR, entertainment & sports, wellness, health IT, digital health, AI and therapeutics with accelerator checks typically between $20K and $120K. He is a multi-exit entrepreneur who has founded companies in media, e-commerce and consumer tech, and co-founded the DEC Network (Dallas Entrepreneur Center) and InnoCity Partners. Bowles is also an educator and ecosystem builder, frequently advising cities, corporates and hundreds of founders in the Dallas–Fort Worth region and beyond.
