TR Harrington is a Partner and Growth Director at Orbit Ventures (formerly Orbit Startups) in Los Angeles, California. Orbit Ventures became an independent fund in January 2024 with SOSV ($1.6B AUM) as its anchor LP, incorporating the former Chinaccelerator and MOX programs. He focuses on data-driven growth initiatives for early-stage startups in emerging and frontier markets across Southeast Asia, South Asia, MENA, Africa, and Latin America. He also serves as Fund Advisor, LP, and Mentor at Antler. Previously, he was Program Director at SOSV and Co-Program Director at MOX. He founded Darwin Marketing (acquired by iProspect), held leadership roles at Mucker Capital and Chinaccelerator, and taught as an adjunct MBA professor at CEIBS. He holds a BA from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.
