Tom Raffin is Senior Partner and Co-Founder at Telegraph Hill Partners, a life sciences growth equity firm based in San Francisco. His investing focuses on later-stage life sciences companies, particularly medical devices, diagnostics, therapeutics and health services, with a typical investment range of $100K to $5.0M. Before co-founding Telegraph Hill Partners in 2001, he had a long career as a physician, scientist and hospital leader, including serving as Professor of Medicine and Chief of Critical Care at Stanford and holding board roles across multiple health and biotech companies.
