Tom Masterson is Managing Director at Allele Capital Partners, a life-sciences-focused merchant bank. His deals concentrate on biopharma, specialty pharma, medtech and medical device companies, generally from seed through growth-stage financings, with investments and placements typically in the $100K to $5M range. He brings more than 25 years of capital markets and investment-banking experience, and since 2012 has specialized in raising equity and debt for public and private life-science businesses. Masterson also works within Wilmington Capital Securities’ life sciences investment banking division and holds multiple FINRA licenses.
