Tim Fenwick is a Director at BlackRock in the Venture & Growth Lending division and previously a Principal at Kreos Capital, a leading European provider of venture and growth debt. At Kreos he typically structured growth-debt facilities from roughly $2.0M up to $100.0M for high-growth technology and healthcare companies across fintech, developer tools, SaaS, SMB software, consumer internet, marketplaces, cybersecurity and digital health at Series A and B stages. His work has included landmark financings such as the £30 million debt facility for FINBOURNE Technology and other pan-European and Israeli growth companies. He continues this mandate at BlackRock following its acquisition of Kreos Capital.
