Tia Thomson is Vice President & Chief of Staff at Visible Hands in Boston. Her investment range is $25K–$150K, with a sweet spot near $75K, focused on pre-seed and seed companies in AI, consumer health, wellness & fitness (particularly in the Boston / New England region), including founders from under-represented backgrounds. She started her career in design and interaction, then took on founding-team operations roles, and now leads operations and investment/cohort strategy at Visible Hands, including accelerator programming and founder support infrastructure. She brings a hybrid design/ops/investor-mindset into backing community-oriented tech startups.
