Tess Hatch is a Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, based in their Silicon Valley (Menlo Park) office. She focuses on frontier technologies — notably space commercialization, drones, autonomous vehicles, agriculture and food tech, and deep‑tech sectors including AI/ML and defense-related systems—primarily at Seed to Series B stages, with investments frequently spanning frontier and deep‑tech categories. Before joining Bessemer, she held technical roles at Boeing and SpaceX, where she worked on integrating government payloads with the Falcon 9 rocket.
