Tatiana Jama serves as Founder & Managing Partner at SISTAFUND in Paris, France, and was previously associated with Partech Ventures as an investor, where she focuses on investments across seed, venture, and growth stages with typical investment ranges between $200K - $50.0M. Since 2011, Tatiana has invested in over 30 companies including Resilience, Maki, MerciApp, and Regaind (acquired by Apple), demonstrating her active involvement in the FrenchTech ecosystem. She founded SISTAFUND, a €100 million pan-European venture fund dedicated to backing female founders and gender-balanced teams, after co-founding several companies in Europe and the Middle East. Tatiana is also known for her work with Sista, a collective that aims to promote gender diversity in the digital ecosystem, making her a prominent figure in both venture capital and diversity advocacy in France.
