Tatiana Jama is Founder & Managing Partner at SISTAFUND in Paris, France, a €100 million pan-European venture fund (€70M raised to date) dedicated to backing female founders and gender-balanced teams across AI/deep tech, healthtech, fintech/insurtech, and sustainability. She previously spent a decade as an Investor at Partech Ventures (2013-2023), focusing on investments across seed, venture, and growth stages with typical investment ranges between $200K and $50.0M. Since 2011, she has invested as a business angel in over 30 companies including Resilience, Maki, MerciApp, and Regaind (acquired by Apple). She co-founded SISTA in 2018, a collective promoting gender diversity in the digital ecosystem, and has co-founded several companies including Dealissime (exit to Amazon, 2011), Selectionnist, and Levia.ai. She holds a dual background in business (HEC Paris, New York University) and law (Paris Bar).
