Tal Shahar is the Co-Founder and CEO of Atlas Invest and also serves as a Principal / Venture Partner at Deep Insight, an Israeli venture fund dedicated to deep tech. His investing focus spans deep-tech-heavy areas such as AI, biotech, climate / cleantech, semiconductors, health IT and digital health, generally at pre-seed and seed with some follow-on into Series A, and a disclosed venture ticket range of roughly $100K–$5M. Before Atlas, he co-led Deep Insight (Israel’s first fund focused solely on deep tech), founded the fintech startup Athoss, and built HiveMind, an investment community, stacking more than a decade of work at the intersection of fintech, capital markets and deep tech.
