Sylvain Charignon is a partner at Andera MidCap. The team backs companies with growth projects through growth capital, OBO/MBO, and spin-off or carve-out transactions, targeting businesses with €100 million to €250 million in revenue and investing €40 million to €120 million per company. He joined the firm in 2002 and has spent more than 20 years supporting growth SMEs as a private equity investor. Earlier in his career, he worked at IDI and Republic Alley and started out in strategy consulting at Booz Allen & Hamilton.
