Sydney Sykes is Global Head of Venture Capital Alliance and Partnerships at NVIDIA, a role she has held since October 2024, helping startups access NVIDIA's ecosystem through programs like NVIDIA Inception and supporting corporate venture capital partnerships. She previously spent over four years at Lightspeed Venture Partners, first as a Scout Investor (2020-2022) and then as a Partner (2022-2024), focusing on consumer health, marketplaces, and consumer internet at seed and Series A, with checks between $3.0M and $20.0M. Earlier, she was an Investment Analyst at New Enterprise Associates (NEA). She is Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the Board of BLCK VC, a nonprofit focused on doubling the number of Black investors in venture capital, and was recognized as a Forbes VC 30 Under 30.
