Stefan Walter is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at NAP (formerly Cavalry Ventures), a Berlin-based pre-seed and seed venture capital firm investing in European technology companies. The firm backs "nerds and pioneers" — expert founders with deep technical or domain expertise tackling hard, non-obvious problems — writing EUR 1–4M initial checks with follow-on reserves across Enterprise Software, Developer Tools & Infrastructure, Climate & Clean Energy, Security & Cybersecurity, and FinTech & Payments. Stefan co-founded Cavalry Ventures in 2015/2016 alongside Claude Ritter and continues to lead NAP from Berlin.
