Dr. Sridhar Ramaswamy is a Venture Partner and Entrepreneur in Residence at GV (Google Ventures), currently based in the Boston area while also serving as CEO of Snowflake. At GV he focuses on early-stage life sciences and health-tech companies, especially in biotech, health IT and healthcare services, with a typical check range of $250K–$50.0M depending on stage and syndicate. He previously co-founded the privacy-focused search startup Neeva and has founded other technology companies, but before entering tech full time he spent roughly two decades as a practicing oncologist and hematologist at Massachusetts General Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. His dual background in medicine and company-building shapes his approach to backing teams working on “breakthrough medicines” and data-driven healthcare platforms.
