Soichi Tajima is the CEO and General Partner of Genesia Ventures in Tokyo, Japan. He invests in enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, and FinTech companies at the Seed and Series A stages. His work follows founders who are using technology to modernize business operations, financial services, and digital infrastructure. Soichi generally invests between $500K and $4M, with a preferred commitment of approximately $2.5M. As a lead investor, he helps select companies, structure investment rounds, and guide founders through their early expansion. Through Genesia Ventures, he supports startups seeking to grow across Japan and other Asian markets.
