Shira Eting is a Partner at Vintage Investment Partners, a global venture firm combining fund-of-funds, secondary funds, and growth funds with roughly $3.6-4 billion under management and exposure to approximately 2,250 technology companies. She joined Vintage in November 2019 after managing "Mechinat Bnei Zion," an NGO for non-formal education, and prior to that worked as a strategic consultant at McKinsey & Company. She was promoted from Senior Associate to Principal in 2022, and to Partner in 2024. She is particularly focused on Climate and Healthcare investments, driving change in these areas through Vintage's global network of funds and companies. She leverages her experience as a combat helicopter pilot, flight instructor, and course commander in the Israeli Air Force, being the 19th Israeli woman to graduate from the flight academy. She holds an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
