Shadi Mehraein is a Partner at Rivet Ventures, concentrating on Social Networks and Marketplaces across Pre-seed, Seed, and Series A stages, with investment ranges typically between $100K and $1.2M. Before co-founding Rivet Ventures, she was with Focus Ventures, a leading expansion-stage venture fund with over $830 million in commitments, and previously with Bessemer Venture Partners, a multi-stage venture fund with over $4B in commitments. She began her investment career as an analyst at CIBC/Oppenheimer's Corporate Finance - Technology Investment Banking group and holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
