Scott Hoekman serves as Co‑Founder and Partner at Next Level Ventures in New York and the Midwest, leading investments of $500K–$10M into seed through Series B in agtech, biotech, fintech, digital and enterprise health, SaaS, and construction tech. His most recent investment is Pitchly. Before founding NLV, he worked in private equity, M&A, and held CFO/advisory roles, including launching Intrigue Capital and advising for UICO after nearly three decades overseeing ~$150M in VC investments.
