Sandeep Nailwal is Co-Founder and CEO of Polygon Foundation, a role he took on in June 2025 after previously serving as COO, taking full control to lead a strategic reboot focused on AggLayer and Polygon PoS. He co-founded Matic Network (now Polygon) in 2017 alongside Jaynti Kanani and Anurag Arjun, building it into one of the leading Ethereum scaling platforms. He is an extremely active angel investor, with 120+ investments primarily in Web3/blockchain, crypto, and fintech at pre-seed and seed, typically between $10K and $500K, backing companies including Prime Intellect, D3, Sarla Aviation, and 0G.
