Sam Weil is a Principal at Bain Capital Private Equity in Boston and a member of the North America Private Equity team, focused on the Healthcare vertical. He works on control and significant minority investments in healthcare providers, services, and healthcare IT businesses from growth stage onward, and is associated with deal sizes in the $1M to $100.0M range. He also serves as an independent director on the board of Aveanna Healthcare Holdings and sits on relevant board committees. Before joining Bain Capital, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and he holds a BS in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
