Sam Nasrolahi is a Principal at InMotion Ventures, Jaguar Land Rover’s corporate venture arm, where she leads investments across industrial and enterprise sectors. She backs early-stage startups from pre-seed through Series B in areas such as mobility, industrial and enterprise software, AI, and climate / sustainability-related technologies, with InMotion typically investing between about $500K and $10.0M per deal. Her role combines sourcing and leading new investments with sitting on portfolio boards and advising founders on go-to-market and product strategy. Before InMotion, she was an analyst at BP Ventures and later an expansion principal at mobility startup Via, where she helped steer growth and pivots during the pandemic. Her path into VC runs through psychology and business studies and operating experience, which she often references when discussing how corporate VC can support founders beyond capital.
