Salil Deshpande is the Founder and General Partner of Uncorrelated Ventures, a Palo Alto based firm where he operates as a solo GP managing approximately $750M in assets under management. He focuses on infrastructure software, open source software, decentralized finance, blockchain, fintech both traditional and decentralized, and enterprise software, investing primarily at pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages. His typical investment range is $1M to $5M. Deshpande is known for deep technical diligence and high conviction investments, particularly in automation and infrastructure driven innovation. Prior to founding Uncorrelated Ventures, he was a General Partner at Bain Capital Ventures and previously founded and led multiple technology startups.
