Ryan Jeffery is Senior Managing Director for Sustainability at gener8tor, where he oversees the firm’s climate-tech and sustainability investment accelerators. He typically leads pre-seed and seed investments of about $100K, within an overall range of $100K to $500K, backing startups in AgTech, transportation and mobility, energy and grid, climate and carbon solutions, supply chain and smart-cities infrastructure, with a specific focus on underrepresented founders across race, place and gender. His work combines capital with a structured 12-week accelerator program that provides founders with coaching, customer development support and fundraising guidance. Jeffery is a three-time founder (one exit), founding partner of Survival Ventures, and previously held growth and business-development roles at firms such as Lightbank-backed Belly, giving him over 15 years of experience building and advising high-growth companies.
