Ruth Foxe Blader is Founder and General Partner of Foxe Capital, an early-stage fintech fund she launched in 2024 after independently managing a $100M fund, focusing on founders building at the intersection of technological and societal change. She is also Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Citrine Venture Partners and Co-Founder of unlockVC, a global platform for women in VC. She previously spent six years as a Partner at Anthemis Group, leading its early-stage venture fund and insurance-focused investments, and was formerly CIO at Anthemis and lead fintech investor at AllianzX. She is a Non-Executive Director, Board Observer, Advisor, or Investor across 50+ fintech startups, including Lemonade, Moneyfarm, Branch, AcreTrader, Flock, Denim, Kaiko, and Mesh. Earlier in her career, she co-founded WVCE and FarmArc, and held roles at Allianz Group and PepsiCo. She is based in New York.
