Rotem Shacham is a Director at PSG Equity and was previously a Principal at Viola Ventures, where she led early-stage investments. She typically backs software and tech-enabled companies, with a particular track record in local services and legaltech startups in Israel, investing mainly at seed and Series A with check sizes in the $1.5M to $8.0M range. Her earlier career includes several years at Boston Consulting Group in Israel and Europe, as well as product management experience at Amazon. She is also a trained lawyer who clerked for the President of the Israeli Supreme Court, served in the IDF’s Unit 8200, and holds an economics and law degree from the Hebrew University plus an MBA (High Distinction) from Harvard Business School.
