Roman Nikitov is the Co-Head of Venture Capital and Tech at ICU Ventures and is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. He focuses on AI, SaaS, enterprise technology, FinTech, and DeepTech companies from the Pre-seed stage through Series A. His investment work centers on intelligent systems, scalable software, technologies that improve enterprise operations, digital financial services, and research-driven innovations. Roman typically invests between $200K and $5M, with a preferred ticket of approximately $2M. As a lead investor, he plays an active role in company evaluation, transaction structuring, financing decisions, and portfolio support. Through ICU Ventures, he supports technology founders as they develop commercially viable products and pursue sustainable growth.
