Rob Coneybeer is a Managing Partner at Shasta Ventures, specializing in investments in Hardware, IoT, and Social Networks at the Series A stage, with investment ranges typically between $2.0M and $10.0M. A co-founder of Shasta Ventures and a 24-year veteran of the venture capital industry, he focuses on investing in emerging platforms including Robotics, Space, Connected Hardware, and Transportation. He earned a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia, and also holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was named a Palmer Scholar.
