Rita Verderosa is a Partner and former Senior Investment Manager at CDP Venture Capital’s Technology Transfer Fund of Funds, based in Italy. She invests $580K to $11.6M in funds and companies across AI, AR/VR, biotech, data services, deep tech, e-commerce, education, fintech, IoT, and Web3/Blockchain, mainly from seed to Series B. Her background spans more than a decade in venture capital and alternative assets, starting at Vertis SGR in direct startup investments, then moving into fund-of-funds structuring at CDP and later CDP Venture Capital, with a strong focus on technology transfer and deep-tech vehicles.
