Richard Liu serves as Venture Partner/Advisor at Foothill Ventures (formerly Tsingyuan Ventures) where he focuses his investments on AI, Data Services, Entertainment & Sports, Media/Content, Consumer Internet, FinTech, Health & Hospital Services, and Enterprise sectors across Seed, Series A, and Series B stages with investment ranges between $100K and $10.0M. Liu is currently Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Huma Finance and has previously served as CTO at Earnin, Engineering Director at Google where he launched Project Fi, and Co-founder/CEO of Leap.ai, bringing extensive technical expertise and entrepreneurial experience from founding multiple ventures and holding leadership positions at major technology companies to his venture capital role.
