Richard Chan is Managing Partner at Ironfire Ventures, which he founded in 2013, focusing his investments on Fashion, Food and Beverage, Entertainment & Sports, Cloud Infrastructure, Social Networks, Education, AI, E-commerce, SaaS, and Enterprise sectors at Pre-seed and Seed stages. Chan is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned veteran in the technology industry with a global footprint who got his CPA license with PwC, co-founded three startups in Silicon Valley, led product management and business intelligence at Altavista and Microsoft, and before founding Ironfire Ventures was a mentor at Microsoft Ventures in Beijing and led the China Innovation Group, having invested in over 70 early-stage companies since establishing his venture capital firm.
