About Investor

Rhys Spence is Head of Platform & Research at Brighteye Ventures. Brighteye invests from Pre-Seed to Series A with initial cheques of €0.4-4 million, and Spence leads the fund’s research programme, portfolio support across operations, talent, and customers, and its broader positioning in the learning and work ecosystem. Since joining in 2021, he has helped establish Brighteye as a thought leader around learning, work, and innovation. Before venture, he was a Director at the Education Policy Institute and earlier led public-policy projects at a boutique consultancy.
