Reitze Douma serves as Managing Partner at Inkef, focusing on investments in Digital Health, BioTech, Medical Devices, FinTech, AI, DeepTech, SaaS, Enterprise, Health IT, and Consumer Health sectors at Seed and Series A stages, with investment ranges between €500,000 and €15,000,000. Reitze has held various positions as risk manager, audit manager, controller, investment manager and fiduciary manager over a 25+ year career with companies including Philips Electronics, Rabobank, NIBC, PGGM Investments, and APG Asset Management. He joined Inkef Capital in May 2023 after 15 years at APG Asset Management, bringing extensive experience in managing hedge fund and private equity portfolios, as well as product development, business development and project management expertise.
