About Investor

Rebecca Offensend is the Founder of Cobimo, where she advises early-stage companies on finance, strategy, and fundraising, and provides fractional CFO support, with a focus on impactful companies, underrepresented founders, European companies entering the US market, and B2B/supply-chain products. She previously served as a Vice President at Morgan Stanley's Next Level Fund (part of Morgan Stanley Credit Partners) from 2022, and before that was an Investment Associate at Working Capital Fund (2018-2020), an early-stage impact venture fund focused on building more equitable, transparent global supply chains and improving labor rights. Earlier in her career, she was an M&A banker at Perella Weinberg Partners, led strategy and operations for the nonprofit SunSaluter, and ran online marketing for Viator (later acquired by TripAdvisor). She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated with honors from Claremont McKenna College. She is based in Brooklyn, New York.
