Rania Ajakane is a Growth Equity Investor on iNovia Capital's Growth team, based in Montreal, Canada, a role she has held since joining in February 2022. iNovia Capital is a full-stack venture capital firm managing over $2.2 billion, partnering with founders across FinTech, HR Tech, InsurTech, Healthcare, Commerce, Transportation, and Travel from pre-seed to pre-IPO stages. Prior to iNovia, Rania was a consultant in Accenture's Banking Strategy practice, advising top-tier financial institutions on complex transformations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, where she was president of the school's Finance club, and serves as a Montreal Chapter Lead for iNovia's community events.
